What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 2-year technical degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, or a related mechanical field strongly preferred 1-5 years of relevant assembly or shop experience Strong mechanical skills and hands-on aptitude Familiarity with fluid power systems is a plus Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and a customer-focused mindset Get Hands-On with a Career That Moves Things Forward!
