Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift

Pay: $30+ per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of welding experience with proven leadership skills
• Ability to pass 6G MIG, TIG, and Stick weld tests
• Strong fit-up, fabrication, and blueprint-reading skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing clean, defect-free welds
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate a shop/field environment
• Must be willing to train on a different shift as needed

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate welding teams to meet production and quality goals
• Mentor, coach, and train junior welders and new employees
• Verify work quality, troubleshoot fabrication issues, and ensure safety compliance
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols at an expert level
• Fabricate, assemble, and weld standard, high-spec, and custom packages
• Perform 6G MIG, TIG, and Stick welding with superior precision
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment
• Accurately complete job documentation and timecards
