Now Hiring File Room Space Maker Location: Santa Ana, CA Schedule + Pay: A Shift \| 6 AM - 2:30 PM \| $17 per hour B Shift \| 6:30 AM - 3 PM \| $17 per hour C Shift \| 7 AM - 3:30 PM \| $17 per hour D Shift \| 3:30 PM - 12 AM \| $18 per hour All Shift \| Monday - Friday Staffmark has a clerical opportunity for a File Room Clerk - Space Maker. Requirements: High school diploma or GED Some clerical, warehouse, or retail clerk experience Able to lift 50 pounds Detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking skills Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks Enjoys teamwork and thrives under deadlines Responsibilities: Prepare, classify, and file high volumes of mortgage documents. Re-box and organize files after scanning is complete. Move and condense file groups using RFID scanners and shelving systems. Navigate ladders and vault shelving to retrieve and store documents. Maintain accuracy and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Support inventory management and team projects as needed.
