CNC Operator

Staffmark is hiring a CNC Operator in Eaton, OH. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work with advanced machinery, and join a team that values precision and safety.

Pay & Shift:

• $18-$20+ /hr (Based on experience)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
• 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overtime as needed)

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC and other machining centers to fabricate metal and nonmetal parts.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining steps.
• Perform precise measurements and adjust machining factors such as speed, feed, and depth of cut.
• Monitor machines during operation, making adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and follow all safety and 5S procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve machining or assembly issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous CNC machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages) and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable using manufacturing software to update and access production data.
• Certified Operator Training required (training provided if not already certified).
