Global Quality Sr. Program Manager

Cross-functional leader of the quality business process health, execution, and efficiency between the customer, field, and factory resources. Serves as the central resource and escalation point where guidance and/or conflict resolution is required to achieve efficient operational execution while delivering on quality objectives. Recognized as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all facets of the quality business process end to end and partners with the factory and field in discovery of opportunities for business process and system improvements. Collaborates with product management on defining and validating business requirements and ensuring the effectiveness of programs and change management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS required
• 10+ yrs of experience in a Program Management role with increasing responsibilities
• Expert understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and systems
• Ability to perform data analysis required to visually represent, influence, and resolve complex business process and systems problems
• Excellent performer in a highly matrixed environment with competing priorities and schedules
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Driving regular and special cross-functional team meetings as needed to meet well defined CFT deliverables
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Qlik, SAP, IE, etc..

• Masters preferred
• 5 yrs quality experience within a large organization
• Semiconductor Product Development, Manufacturing, and Field Service preferred
• Business process and system development, alignment, and implementation for a large organization

Focal Areas:

1. Experience in quality business process and systems and implementing structure (guidelines, training material by role, etc.) for all individuals that are part of the quality system
2. Capability to understand the needs of the business and implement improvements into BP&S as appropriate the right way
3. Skills in escalation mgmt. and conflict resolution in a large matrix organization
4. Expert Program & Project Manager skills
5. Capability to see the big picture and act on these needs at a corporate level
6. Capability to easily handle conflicting priorities to meet deliverables

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
