Talent Acquisition Manager

Your main responsibilities

As TA Manager you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for our US operations. You will oversee full lifecycle recruitment for a team of TAspecialists who will be accountable for finding top talent and building high performing teams. With full ownership of recruitment, you will drive all TA activities collaborating with key stakeholders and delivering a first-class service to our internal customers. In managing your team, you will prioritize the overall candidate experience to make sure our hiring teams attract the best talent for our organization.



  • Partner with field HRBPs and business leaders to assess talent needs and develop a focused, results-driven talent acquisition strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of TA Specialists, promoting best practices, sourcing innovation, and strong stakeholder and candidate relationships.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both high-volume and senior-level roles, adapting strategies to align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze TA performance metrics and KPIs, providing strategic direction to achieve hiring goals.
  • In collaboration with the Head of TA, design and execute a talent attraction strategy aligned with SEC's business priorities and core values.
  • Drive the implementation of Schindler's Employer Value Proposition and associated communication initiatives.
  • Oversee and enhance internal job posting and employee referral programs to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with other members of the HR team team to deliver a seamless and positive candidate and employeeexperience.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering TA strategy in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing and developing a team of TA specialists.
  • Understanding of how talent strategy impacts overall organizational and business Strategy.
  • Proven success at building strong, credible advisory relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret complex issues and concepts to the executive team and individual contributors.
  • 5-8 years' managerial experience.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic able to deliver in an often-ambiguous work environment.
  • Strong Customer Orientation in delivering value for customers.
  • Experience in using and optimizing recruitment technology to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement and efficiency.
