Jason, Staffmark Associate Responsibilities: Partner with site leadership to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive, high-performance culture Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, maintenance, and leadership positions, including onboarding and new hire orientation Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching conversations Develop and implement HR programs focused on safety, attendance, retention, and compliance Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-fill, and employee engagement, providing actionable insights Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Collaborate with regional HR and corporate teams on training, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting organizational values and supporting a positive work environment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred) 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or large-scale operations Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Knowledge of employment law, HR systems (Workday or similar), and data-driven HR practices Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company-we're your career partner.
