Laser Assembly Technician

Are you detail-oriented with steady hands and a passion for precision work? Staffmark is hiring a Laser Assembly Technician in Dayton, OH to join a clean, climate-controlled medical manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone with laser welding experience looking to apply their skills in a fast-paced, high-quality setting.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM + Saturdays, 6:00 AM-11:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Assemble small components by hand using precision tools like tweezers.
• Operate laser welding equipment via computer and monitor.
• Perform 100% inspections using a vision system.
• Transfer parts to workstations and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all work is completed in a clean, climate-controlled medical environment.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience (non-entry level).
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Excellent organizational and sanitation practices.
• Prior laser welding experience required.
