POSITION PURPOSE: The Channel Marketing Coordinator supports the channel marketing team by coordinating, organizing, and executing OWI trade shows. This role also oversees the development and production of marketing materials-including displays, signage, brochures, and promotional items-while ensuring inventory levels are properly maintained. In addition, the Coordinator administers the PEAK University Learning Management System (LMS), helping to deliver a seamless training experience for users.
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Channel Marketing team to coordinate all aspects of trade shows, including logistics, vendor relations, and booth design
- Maintain list of shows attended by all channels. Research and identify relevant trade shows for the company participation
- Develop and manage the budget for each trade show, including registration fees, booth setup and teardown, shipping and promotional materials
- Coordinate the issuing of purchase orders and process invoices
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies for promoting the company's products or services at trade shows
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and ensure all materials are prepared and shipped to the venue on time
- Analyze the success of each trade show, including lead generation and sales, and make recommendations for future events
- Act as the day-to-day contact for with trade show organizers, vendors, and partners
- Work with the graphics team to execute all creative deliverables
- Coordinate the development and manage inventory of marketing materials including signage, displays, promotional items, brochures and catalogs.
- Leverage company processes to create new inventory items and update existing items
- Work with third party suppliers to quote and execute display and print production
- Review inventory levels on a regular basis to ensure marketing materials are available when needed
- Conduct PEAK University LMS administration
- Manage users, courses and content to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Preform system and configuration maintenance as needed
- Provide reporting as requested
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or general business required.
- Proven work experience as a marketing coordinator, trade show coordinator, event
planner or similar role
- Must be very detail oriented, have excellent time management skills, and be able to multitask.
- Advanced PowerPoint, word processing and Excel skills required.
- Must have demonstrated organization aptitude with an assertive and action orientated work ethic.
- Experience in an SAP environment a plus
- Good proactive interpersonal, written, verbal communication and team skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
