Are you hands-on with hardware and ready to support a major tech upgrade? Join us as a Field Service Technician and play a key role in their system-wide migration to Windows 11. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a IT environment while working on a high-impact project. Contract \| 20 Weeks \| On-Site What You'll Do: * Perform physical hardware swaps and upgrades across multiple locations. * Provide support for HP devices, laptops, MacBooks, printers, and other hardware. * Troubleshoot hardware issues, manage IP configurations, and apply patch updates. * Work on-site across the Central Wisconsin region: Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Rhinelander, Medford, Antigo, and more. What You Bring: * Experience with hardware support and replacement. * Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. * Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working on foot in a fast-paced setting. * Reliable transportation for regional travel. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wausau, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
