Hours & Pay

Pay: $22.50-$23.50 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

Schedules:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:25 AM - 2:40 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:25 PM - 10:40 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday Night-Thursday Night | 10:25 PM - 6:40 AM

What You'll Do

As a Packaging Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include:

• Operating, adjusting, and maintaining packaging equipment throughout production runs
• Performing line setup, teardown, and thorough washouts between product changes
• Conducting minor repairs and troubleshooting equipment issues as needed
• Meeting and exceeding daily production quotas and quality standards
• Following all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and quality procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and collaborating with team members to ensure efficiency

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.
