Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Pay Rate: $18 - $25/hr. (Depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain cutting machines to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Verify material dimensions, inspect finished products, and ensure compliance with work orders. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance or blade replacements as needed. Maintain accurate production and maintenance records using PC or tablet systems. Identify and report defective materials or unsafe conditions, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Assist, train, and support team members while promoting continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives. Qualifications: Die cutter experience is required. We have tons of perks!
