We're looking for a Slitter Operator to play a vital role in the production of paper products. Available Shifts: 1st shift: 7am - 3pm \| $19.45/hr. 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm \| $20.95/hr. *Mandatory Overtime: Will work 53 hours per week (flexibility regarding OT hours) What You'll Do: Set up, operate, and maintain slitting machines to cut large material rolls into narrower strips. Operate coating machines and ensure consistent product quality. Load and unload various paper and material products for processing. Monitor machine performance and perform routine quality checks. Lift up to 50lbs repetitively during production tasks. Qualifications: Must have 2 years of manufacturing experience.
