JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Clinical Informatics Programs Director - Office of the CMIO (OCMIO) is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of enterprise-wide clinical informatics initiatives. Embedded within the OCMIO, this position works primarily with the System CMIO while serving as a strategic and operational resource for all OCMIO leaders. The Director plays a critical role in aligning OCMIO priorities with the Information Technology organization where the OCMIO resides, managing governance processes, driving execution of strategic initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with senior leadership across the health system. The role requires a blend of strategic insight, operational discipline, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Compensation Range: $163,500.00- $237,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
