Hiring Range:

$117,561.60 - $149,156.80

UMass Memorial Health, the premier health and wellness partner for the people of Central Massachusetts and the largest healthcare system in the region, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Endocrinology Division at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing osteoporosis program within a collaborative, patient-centered, and academic setting.

About the Role:

Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals focused on osteoporosis and chronic disease management. As an APP in our Endocrinology Division, you will work in a fully outpatient setting, providing specialized care for patients with osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and expansion of the division, with a strong emphasis on chronic disease management. You'll have the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage in innovative care models. As the division continues to grow, so will your role, with opportunities for professional development and involvement in shaping the future of osteoporosis care within the organization.

Key Highlights:

  • Clinical practice: 100% outpatient setting with 8 clinical sessions and 2 administrative sessions per week.

  • Patient care: Provide care for patients with osteoporosis, metabolic bone disease, and related conditions.

  • Collaborative environment: Work alongside endocrinologists, rheumatologists, and other specialists to provide integrated care.

  • Work-life balance: Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

  • EMR system: Epic

What We're Looking For:

  • Required:

    • Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.

    • NP or PA certification.

    • Massachusetts NP or PA license.

    • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

    • Prior experience in endocrinology, osteoporosis, or related fields preferred.
