We are seeking a Solutions Architect with a primary focus area of AI/Data solutions and an emphasis on enterprise scale solutions. The candidate will also be able to interact with business clients, have strong presentation skills and the ability to network in social settings. The Solutions Architect is a senior cross-cutting leader who will collaborate throughout the company and also engage with cross-functional teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Architect & Design
- Develop end-to-end data and AI architectures, including data pipelines, ML platforms, integration patterns, and cloud-native solutions.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices across projects and enterprise initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging AI, data, and automation technologies to guide strategic adoption.
- Present and defend architectural designs to a diverse audience .
Strategic Influence
- Collaborate with business and executive stakeholders to translate strategic goals into executable architectural roadmaps.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between project-specific solutions and company-wide data/AI strategies.
- Build scalable governance models that support growth, compliance, and innovation.
- Review mission challenges and provide solutions that are aligned with current or emerging architecture, as well as having the ability to recommend the nest fit architecture if one is not established.
Cross-Functional Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams.
- Communicate complex concepts in approachable ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead architectural reviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to drive clarity and alignment.
- Enable team understanding of complex concepts, promote learning, and inspire high performing teams
Delivery Leadership
- Support project teams with hands-on technical oversight, solution validation, and architectural decision-making.
- Partner with PMO, engineering leads, and business owners to ensure successful design-to-delivery execution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early to ensure predictable outcomes.

Required Qualifications |
Education and Work Experience:
- 7+ years experience in data architecture, AI/ML engineering, or enterprise solution architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with modern data/AI ecosystems (e.g., Python, Spark, MLOps tools, vector databases, cloud AI services).
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to design large-scale data pipelines (batch + streaming).
- Experience defining architectural standards, patterns, and governance.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience with enterprise AI adoption, LLM integration, or generative AI initiatives.
- Certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, Databricks, or TOGAF.
- Background working in both agile project environments and corporate strategic planning.
