Job Title: Shipping Data Entry Operator

Job Purpose:

Enters data from a source document into a computer system. Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness. May convert data from one electronic system to another. Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures. May work with stand alone data systems or enterprise wide tools supporting activities such as marketing lead tracking, fulfillment, manufacturing, and equipment maintenance or materials transactions.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

2 years experience with international shipment ( need to create Commercial Invoice, File in AES),

Filing, pulling proof of delivery, spreadsheets for shipping and Memos

Oracle transaction- included invoicing.

Education and Experience:

Oracle Knowledge is plus, Basic Excel & MS Word, experience with international shipment

Salary Range(annual): $39,520 - $49,920 . Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
