Minimum Qualifications Education Masters in Social Work from an accredited school of social work. Experience Hospital experience required Knowledge of psycho-social implications of illness and disease on individual and family systems. Licensure and/or Certification LCSW required LICSW preferred Skills Knowledge of Medical terminology. Ability to work in a team framework. Critical thinking skills. Organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
