The Position
Who we are: Public Affairs & Access (PAA) is a multi-disciplinary organization that includes Corporate Communications; Policy, Evidence & Access Strategy; Channel & Contract Management; External Affairs; Access Solutions and Patient Support; and Strategy and Business Operations. Our purpose is to deliver impact through a fully integrated public affairs function that leverages our capabilities and world-class Genentech brand to deliver on our mission for patients and our employees. The Strategy and Business Operations team is accountable for maximizing the impact of PAA through strategic operations partnership focused on delivering business priorities and outcomes. The Opportunity: The Operations Manager is an individual contributor accountable for providing strategic operational partnership for the Policy, Evidence, & Access Strategy (PEAS) function. This role is a key partner to the PEAS team, helping to execute on the function's strategy. These activities include, but are not limited to:
This position will drive the implementation of complex operational strategies and manage key business processes to enhance efficiency and impact. This position requires a presence at our South San Francisco Genentech Campus. Relocation assistance is not offered for this posting Willingness and ability to travel as needed for the role up to 10% The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, California is $111,800/yr to $207,600/yr. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
