Position Description:

In the role of a Talent Acquisition Assistant you will be working in our Human Resources Department.

Purpose

Our Sr. Administrative Assistant/Talent Acquisition Assistant under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform all pre-employment checks for candidates to include: background checks, references and education verifications.
  • Anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions of HR while coordinating and leading projects.

  • Compose HR correspondence as needed, which may contain confidential information.

  • Use complex functions of a variety of computer applications and software packages to perform HR functions.

  • Proofread and format documents to ensure accuracy.

  • Screen telephone calls and visitors to resolve complex inquiries.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries and related arrangements.

  • Compile data and information from multiple sources to prepare reports.

  • Process payment requests, requisitions, and invoices.



Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.

Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00



Position Requirements:

Specifications

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis

Minimum Required Education: High school diploma

Minimum Required Experience: 5 years administrative office experience

Preferred Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Experience: Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience within a fast paced environment.
