PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Enablement and Support

  • Provide guidance and support forStrategic Value Streamsand Enabling Capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Develop frameworks forPrioritization & Sequencingof initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and focus on high-impact efforts.
  • Partner with leadership to driveRisk, Dependency, & Opportunity Management, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities to optimize transformation outcomes.

Governance and Accountability

  • Monitor Internal Controls to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies and standards.
  • Establish and maintainStakeholder Feedback Loopsto incorporate insights and improve the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
  • PromoteAccountabilityacross teams and leadership, ensuring deliverables are met and progress is transparent.

Best Practices and Agile Growth

  • Facilitate theCodification of Best Practices, creating reusable frameworks and processes to drive consistency and scalability.
  • SupportAgile Growth, enabling teams to adopt agile methodologies and continuously improve their approach to transformation.

Operating Model and PMO Collaboration

  • ProvideOperating Model Support, ensuring alignment between transformation initiatives and organizational structures.
  • Partner with thePMOto ensure project plans include transformation initiatives and are seamlessly integrated into broader organizational priorities.

Culture and Leadership Development

  • Foster anAdaptable Culture, encouraging flexibility and innovation across teams and leadership.
  • ProvideLeadership Coachingto empower leaders with tools, perspectives, and strategies for driving transformative change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, and organizational leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformational initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and internal controls.
  • Experience in agile methodologies, operating model implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong facilitation skills with an ability to navigate complex interdependencies and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
