**What You'll Do & Impact You'll Make:**

You'll be at the heart of our operational excellence, translating ambitious goals into actionable plans and ensuring that our most complex programs not only meet but exceed expectations. Your leadership will be key in orchestrating cross-functional efforts, navigating challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This role offers significant opportunities to lead high-visibility programs, innovate solutions to complex challenges, and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, directly contributing to shaping our operational strategies and fostering a culture of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Independently define, drive, and own program charters, meticulously addressing scope, timeline, objectives, resourcing, and risk management for moderately complex programs.

* Translate ambiguous program goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, determining the effective level of program management required for each initiative.

* Develop comprehensive project plans that break down initiatives into discrete, phased components, identify risks, dependencies, and proactively address program constraints.

* Independently determine program phasing and metrics to effectively drive continuous improvement, optimizing regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards.

* Design and deliver optimized program communication plans, including executive and key partner communications, articulating program objectives and progress across all touchpoints.

* Anticipate change management requirements, independently developing and executing rollout plans, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments to ensure successful adoption.

* Cultivate trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders, proactively enabling effective decision-making, resolving prioritization misalignments, and managing program escalations.

* Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making, maintaining comprehensive project trackers and status reports.

* Identify and execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating values such as product excellence, product inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.

* Create automated processes to enhance operational velocity and monitoring, and define program governance structures for effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated expertise in Portfolio Management.

* Proven ability in Team Management, fostering high-performing teams.

* Strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies.

* Extensive experience in Managing Organizational Change.

* Exceptional Communications Management skills, including executive-level communication.

* Expertise in strategic Planning and project phasing.

* Superior Stakeholder Management abilities, building and maintaining strong relationships.

* Proficiency in Execution and Governance, ensuring program delivery and oversight.

* Sound Technical Judgment to guide program decisions.

* A deep understanding of User understanding and empathy, driving user-centric solutions.
