**About the Role:**

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your administrative expertise within a supportive and collaborative team. You will play a crucial part in managing the intricate daily rhythm of a large engineering group, ensuring their critical projects and initiatives stay on track. This position provides coverage for a team member currently on leave, offering an immediate chance to contribute meaningfully.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage complex calendars for a key leader, optimizing schedules and coordinating meetings with precision.

* Provide comprehensive team support for a group of approximately 150 members, fostering a cohesive and productive environment.

* Facilitate travel arrangements and manage expense reports efficiently.

* Oversee and support the Rhythm of Business (RoB) activities, ensuring timely execution of operational cycles and strategic initiatives.

* Plan and execute engaging team events, including morale-building activities, all-hands meetings, and town halls.

* Coordinate various departmental operations, which may include aspects of financial, personnel, and facility management.

* Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* 2-4 years of overall experience in an administrative support role.

* Minimum 2 years of experience with calendaring, specifically using Outlook.

* Minimum 1 year of experience providing Travel & Expense support.

* Minimum 1 year of experience with Rhythm of Business tracking and support.

* Ability to obtain Cloud Attestation (required for this role).

* Exceptional communication, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

* Demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to operational excellence.

* Proven ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, exercise good judgment, and accommodate diverse work styles.

* A strong sense of confidentiality and a consistent track record of following through on tasks.

* Capacity to manage high workloads calmly and independently, and thrive amidst ambiguity.

* A genuine passion for supporting managers and organizations.

**Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:**

* Previous administrative experience within a large corporate enterprise technology company.

* A proactive individual who thrives in an onsite, collaborative team environment.

* Experience in planning and executing morale events.

* Familiarity with business managers and business operations.
