Reporting
to the Pharmacy Supervisor - Ambulatory Pharmacy, you will perform various
pharmacist functions pertaining to Ambulatory Pharmacy. Some of these functions
include:
- Supporting
the Pharmacy Supervisor in ensuring compliance to rules, policies and
regulations - Overseeing
support staff - Performing
medication dispensing activities and clinical pharmacy program
optimization to deliver outstanding patient care - Cultivating
and modeling a collegial, professional, cooperative relationship with
pharmacy staff, medical professionals, support, and administrative staff - Demonstrating
effective, innovative problem-solving - Adapting
to the challenges of a rapidly changing health care environment - Advancing
a patient-centric focus to treat illness with integrity, innovation, and
commitment
