Position Summary To provide secretarial support to the Vice President, Human Resources and assist with other functions for the Management Team and department when necessary. Education Associates Degree in Business Administration, or related field, or certification from a secretarial or administrative program. Experience 3-5 years of previous administrative experience in comparable position Skills Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and a relevant database program. Typing accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Good organizational skills and effective problem-solving skills. Aability to set priorities and achieve maximum efficiency and productivity. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in the workload and schedule. Demonstrate flexibility and ability to respond quickly to urgent requests. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
