We're looking for a
Residential Supervisor who's ready to bring energy, creativity, and heart to our youth service team. If you're dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization - we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
A Residential Supervisor is an individual who has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
- Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule.
- Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
- Supervision of assigned direct care staff.
Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment
- Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in related Human Service Field
- One year minimum residential experience
Shift: Full-time, Frontend or Backend
