| Job Description The Treasury Management Sale Support Associate supports their designated Treasury Management Advisors and works as a liaison between sales and operations. The Treasury Management Sales Support Associate provides outstanding service to both external clients and internal business partners. This candidate has a strong understanding of commercial relationships and Treasury Management solutions. Essential Functions 
  Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipmentCollaborate with TMA to acquire, expand and retain businessAssist sales team with client supportDevelop and understand client's treasury cash management structure and objectivesProvide timely follow up with clients and business partnersIdentify additional Treasury Management opportunitiesCommunicate with clients by email, phone, Teams, Docusign, and in person with professionalism and in a clear and concise manner.Enter detailed notes in CRM SystemOutbound calling efforts to support ACH, Wire and Express Deposit confirmationsComplete Online Banking Enrollment forms for Treasury pro and ArchitectAssist with the TM implementation, prepare, send and collect required TM agreements and supporting documentsPrepare ProformasCoordinate onboarding efforts with TMA and Treasury Management SupportProposal and relationship review preparationClient resolution research and out reachWorkflow ManagementPerform client maintenanceCo-manage ACH annual and red flag reviews within required timeframeAssist TMA & RM with New account openingParticipate in weekly meeting with TMA to review pending items and upcoming requestsReview monthly pricing for new services added to ensure accuracyQualifications
