Overview

The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. The position facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service experience, cash handling Skill(s): Positive attitude, strong desire to advance in a banking career The base pay for this position is generally between $22.35 and $30.24. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
