The Role:

As the Director of Operations, you will provide leadership and practice management for assigned clinics and services within Providence Medical Group SWSA. Your role involves driving strategic goals to achieve cost-effective, high-quality operations across clinics.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead and Direct: Offer strategic guidance to ensure high-performance day-to-day operations.
  • Optimize Performance: Collaborate with Medical Directors and PMG leadership to enhance financial, quality, service, and engagement metrics.
  • Innovate and Develop: Lead established practices and develop new services and initiatives.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain impactful communication with PMG Executives and Medical Directors on administrative and operational matters.
  • Drive Special Projects: Lead or participate in PMG projects, committees, and task forces, partnering with Medical Directors on provider-related matters.


What You'll Bring:



  • Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a healthcare-related field is preferred, with a Master's Degree in Health Administration, MBA, or related field being an advantage.
  • Experience: 5 years of physician practice management experience at a management level, preferably within a complex healthcare delivery environment. Background in cardiology and/or women's health strongly preferred.
  • Operational Expertise: Knowledge in clinic operations, financial management, quality management, and risk management, with multi-specialty experience preferred.
