Overview TRC Advanced Energy (TRC), a nationally known consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the Deputy Program Manager for a large-scale low income, multifamily energy efficiency and decarbonization program in California. TRC seeks an innovative leader with proven success managing projects and/or operations with excellent communication skills and business acumen. The Deputy Program Manager will support the Program Manager in the effective execution of program activities. Responsibilities include assisting with goal tracking and issue resolution, supporting adherence to contract budgets and schedules, and contributing to program reporting and invoicing. The role also involves helping to improve program policies and procedures, maintaining the program's CRM database, coordinating responses to client data requests, assisting with resource planning, and supporting the development of program deliverables. This position will engage with clients, partners, vendors, property owners, commercial developers/builders, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also display a passion for sustainable energy solutions and bridging gaps between low-income customers/disadvantaged communities and utility programs. The Deputy Program Manager is a member of the program and client management team and the ideal candidate will be assertive, personable, and a self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. This role involves managing and overseeing workload across all program verticals, including future supervisorial responsibilities. Previous experience with utility or decarbonization programs is highly desirable, as well as a strong operations or project management background. WHY CONSIDER THIS JOB OPPORTUNITY?

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
