Network Operations Center Analyst
Stennis, MS Night Shift (6:30pm - 6:30am CST). Candidate would work 12-hour shifts Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday MUST: Experienced Network Operations Center Analyst 2-4 years of experience in large computing or network operation center. Ability to obtain an EOD and Public Trust Clearance Experience with ServiceNow IT ticketing system General network knowledge of firewalls, switches, and servers (Windows Servers, Linux Servers, AWS, and Azure Cloud Services) A+ and Sec+ are a plus Bachelor's preferred DUTIES: Provide coverage for monitoring enterprise systems and services on a 24/7/365 shift basis. Identify, report, and handle incidents. Resolve all but unique technical problems without the intervention of management or a more experienced technical specialist. Analyze, assess, document, and resolve software and hardware service outages. Facilitate technical meetings, take detailed notes, and write after-action reports. Communicate, coordinate, and facilitate ad hoc conference calls among service and system Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve interruptions affecting production services. Review and respond to and resolve events reported by customers or monitoring tools. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Escalate problems to management, as necessary.
