Proposal Specialist

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

You'll make an impact by coordinating proposal development activities in collaboration with the Proposal Manager and analyzing RFPs to determine compliant response structure and format. You will develop any required custom templates and/or formats. You'll also lay out proposals across volumes (format, font, consistency) and create actual volumes (electronic, paper form). Using your exceptional communication skills, you'll facilitate and coordinate proposal team communications. We'll count on you to manage proposal reviews with Proposal Manager or Review Team Lead and prepare all proposal materials for the reviews. It's a challenge that will put your talent in the spotlight.

What else you should know:

• Being clearable for a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Intelligence Community Top Secret security clearance is highly desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Travel as much as 25% is required for assigned proposals, nominally for two-week periods at a time.
• Overtime may be required to complete proposal tasks on time, as necessary.

Target salary range: USD $57,647.00/Yr. - USD $62,376.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
