Manager, Radiology

This position is responsible for planning, developing and maintaining the daily operations of the Radiology Department, directly supporting operational function of in-patient and out-patient procedures.

What You Will Do

• Demonstrates progressive leadership and effective management with focus on staff development, and patient customer satisfactory experiences
• Allocates resources effectively by using administrative skills to contribute to the successful operations of the Hospital and the radiology Department
• Continuous collaboration with staff to insure effective quality assurance and process improvement protocols are established and met
• Efficient and effective allocation of human, mechanical and, financial resources.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
