SPM Coordinator - Hybrid Schedule

We are seeking a Service & Preventative Maintenance (SPM) Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the central point of coordination for our Service & PM programs-managing schedules, supporting customers, and ensuring that preventative maintenance contracts are fulfilled with precision and consistency.

In this role, you'll be the nerve center of our Service & PM team-connecting customers with techs, tracking service jobs, and making sure our maintenance programs are running like clockwork. If you're organized, love solving problems, and enjoy helping people, this role is built for you.

What Success Looks Like

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance visits
• Schedule and track recurring maintenance programs to ensure contract compliance
• Facilitate customer onboarding into GFS service programs and systems
• Manage monthly filter orders and related service templates
• Maintain accurate records in internal and external service systems
• Collaborate with technicians, sales teams, and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee spare parts lists to minimize downtime and meet customer needs

Qualifications That Shine

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of customer service experience, or
• Associate/Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of customer service experience
• (Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered: 2 years of experience = 1 year of education)
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills-comfortable working with both people and systems
• A knack for prioritizing, solving problems, and keeping projects on track
