Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging Outpatient Centers is searching for a MRI Technical Educator to ensure our current and new staff receive the ongoing education needed to provide the best care to our patients. As the MRI Educator, you will:



  • Assess and address the technical and education needs of staff at the outpatient sites (White Marsh, Greenspring, Columbia, Wilde Lake, Bethesda)
  • Communicate with physicians regarding protocol optimization and development
  • Assist with the communication of protocol changes and education of Technologists
  • Ensure consistent and high image quality
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to maintain MRI Safety

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Completion of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
  • ARRT MRI advanced certification
  • Valid CPR card
  • Three (3) years clinical imaging experience
  • Prefer Radiology training program with clinical internship
  • Demonstrated leadership skills necessary to promote teamwork among peers and technologists


Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Salary Range: Minimum 47.68/hour - Maximum 78.74/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
