In the role of Project Manager Assistant, we'll count on you to:

  • Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of a Project Manager
  • Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project
  • Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule
  • Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
  • Support Market Sector Leaders and Project Manager in the pursuit phase with Go-NoGo meeting, proposal and estimate preparation.
  • Support Project Manager with QA/QC related processes and procedures.
  • Support Project Manager with monthly financial tracking.
  • Travel to project sites as required within the local area on a regular basis and to national sites no more than quarterly.
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly and maintain focus under pressure
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution
  • Excels at supporting diverse teams across architecture, engineering, and consulting disciplines
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, and NewForma
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years related experience
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
