Required Summary The MIL Corporation seeks a Software Developer (Developer, Associate) to provide support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD P&R). This individual will be a UI/UX development professional who bridges the gap between design and development, creating user-friendly, visually appealing digital products by combining user interface (UI) design with user experience (UX) principles and front-end development skills.They work on the visual elements users interact with (UI) and the overall functionality and flow (UX), often using tools and languages likeHTML, CSS, and JavaScriptto implement their designs.This role blends creative design skills with technical coding abilities to deliver cohesive and effective digital experiences. This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with an average of 1-2 days on-site per month. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities

Education BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university. Clearance Active Secret Clearance required. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
