Test Technician (Return Merchandise Authorization) Job Duties
*Performing troubleshooting analysis on advanced, ruggedized computer configurations.
*Performing physical server repairs.
*Following build manuals, written instructions, defined best practices, and guidelines in quality assurance for wiring, cabling, and system configuration.
*Completing required information for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, defective equipment, and updating the repair status correctly and in detail within ERP.
*Completing final computer testing as determined by internal scripts.
*Assuming final responsibility for quality and quantity of servers repaired.
*Carefully transporting computers to and from stations per quality and safety guidelines.

Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience:
*High School Diploma or equivalent.
*1+ years" experience.
*Experience troubleshooting skills.
*Experience in testing Ruggedized Computing Systems.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Strong ability to follow written, verbal, and visual work instructions.
*Ability to work with minimum supervision.
*Ability to effectively work under pressure in a multitasking environment.
*Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism under pressure.
*Basic reading, writing English, and strong arithmetic skills.
*US Citizenship.
*Ability to transport computers, up to 50 lbs., to and from stations using provided wheeled carts
*Preferred qualifications- associate"s degree. Computer certifications.
