Overview
 This position is responsible for servicing a mature portfolio of Medical Office Building loans as part of FCB's Commercial Finance - Healthcare Real Estate business unit. Key functions include the ongoing assessment of the financial and credit quality of the assigned loan portfolio through prescribed servicing processes and procedures. In addition, a key attribute to the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients in accordance with the Bank's core values. Responsibilities 
 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance; Office, Retail, and/or Industrial Property Types; Debt or Equity Investment Analysist, OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance; Office, Retail, and/or Industrial Property Types; Debt or Equity Investment Analysis. Preferred Education: Bachelors Preferred Area of Study: Business, Finance, Economics The base pay for this position is generally between $130,000.00 and $140,000.00 Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
