* Unit Prep * Order Supplies with a budget * Drywall repairs * Paint * Plumbing * (lightbulbs, switches,outlets) * Provide good customer service. * Schedule Contractor Visits * Communicate with residence. * Ability to access emails. * Clean vacant apartments * Utilize hand and power tools. * Inspect property for damages. * Follow company policy. * Ability to move and carry 50lbs. * Able to use ladders if needed. * Valid DL and Insurance * May be tasked with cleaning outside of apartment in cold weather. * Ability to climb crawl or kneel. * Must be mobile and moving around. | |
