Production Operator

Staffmark is hiring Production Operators for Shutterfly, a company dedicated to helping people capture and share life's most meaningful moments. Join a passionate team that brings custom photo gifts, books, and keepsakes to life in a fun, fast-paced production environment.

$16.00/hr

Shift: Friday-Sunday + every other Thursday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

As a Production Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in creating high-quality personalized photo products. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assembling, packaging, and shipping products like prints, photo books, cards, and custom gifts
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Following standardized work instructions and maintaining a clean work area
• Meeting daily production goals for speed, accuracy, and quality
• Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth production flow
• Following all safety procedures and reporting any issues to leadership

Qualifications:

• Entry-level role - no experience required! We provide full training
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift
• Basic math and computer skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to work overtime and weekends during peak production periods
