Warehouse Bilingual Shift Lead

Staffmark is seeking a Warehouse Bilingual Shift Lead for a logistics facility in Portland, OR. If you are fluent in Spanish and English, have prior leadership experience in a warehouse or production setting, and are ready to motivate a team while maintaining a safe and productive environment, we want to hear from you!

Available Shifts:

• 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | $24 - $25/hr

• 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM | $21 - $25/hr (Overtime required)
• 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $22 - $25/hr (Overtime required)
• 8:45 PM - 5:30 AM | $22.50 - $25/hr (Overtime required)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates on assigned shifts
• Motivate team members to stay on task and meet productivity goals
• Monitor attendance and performance, and provide coaching as needed
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety rules positively
• Work collaboratively across all departments within the warehouse
• Use RF scanners and assist in general warehouse operations when needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English - Required
• 6+ months of warehouse or production experience
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and lead by example in a team environment
• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
