Packaging Line Technician

Staffmark is seeking motivated Packaging Line Technicians to operate and maintain packaging and processing equipment in a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Pay: $16-$20/hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

• Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
• Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM - 2:00 AM (possible Friday night)
• Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM
• Monday-Thursday, 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM (possible Friday night)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging/processing equipment
• Follow all safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Monitor and ensure product quality; report and resolve any issues
• Maximize equipment uptime and meet productivity targets
• Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic math skills and ability to pass an aptitude test
• Excellent attendance and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
