ABOUT THE POSITION The Site Merchandising Manager is responsible for driving the digital merchandising strategy and execution for prAna's eCommerce business. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to optimize product presentation, navigation, and conversion across prAna's digital platforms. The Site Merchandising Manager will be product obsessed, leading initiatives that elevate the consumer experience, align with brand values, and support business growth. Through a deep understanding of the consumer, product, marketplace, and emerging technologies, this role will set the vision and strategic execution of digital merchandising, transforming the direct-to-consumer experience for prAna. Salary Range: $123,800 - $206,500 *Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including what the market is paying, a candidate's capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
