Job Overview:

Trinitas Intensive Care Unit 25 bed capacity. We provide management of acutely ill patients with lift-threatening conditions requiring complex assessment, high- intensity therapies and interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance. Our care management consists of care bundles based on evidence based practices that are executed with compassion and caring.

The Clinical Care Technician functions under the direct supervision of a professional nurse. He/she performs specific duties and is considered an integral part of the nursing team. He/she will assist the nurse in gathering information and making observations regarding the patient s condition.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association only
  • Enrolled in a Nursing Program, current EMT certification, Medical Assistant Certified, Phlebotomist Certified, EKG tech or equivalent

Certifications and Licenses:

  • BLS certification through American Heart Association

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Days, 7:00AM - 3:30 PM
  • Every other weekend required. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs
  • Part-Time (16 hrs)
  • Mandatory Orientation
