Summary: Our Access Center is looking to add a Part-Time Patient Service Specialist to the team! We are looking for a qualified candidate with medical office experience; bonus if you have used EPIC! New Patient Access Representative - Primary Role Summary TheNew Patient Access Representativeserves as a vital first point of contact for adult patients seeking care. This role ensures a seamless and welcoming experience by efficiently managing appointment scheduling, patient communications, and follow-up outreach. The representative supports both newly referred patients and unassigned individuals transitioning from inpatient to outpatient care. Key Responsibilities
This position is 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Our core operating hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM- 4:30PM This is a fully remote position, with the exception of required onsite attendance for initial training, technical support (e.g., computer issues), or in the event of power outages. The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.
