Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine Family Medicine Center at Lakeshore Part Time 86030BR Job Summary Come join our dynamic, highly skilled Family Medicine clinic team. Family Medicine at Lakeshore seeks a part- time Nurse Practitioner with the ability to support and provide care of pediatric to adult patients in an Ambulatory Clinical Setting. The Advance Practice Provider will have a critical role in the outpatient setting, with both team member and individual duties. These responsibilities will include triage, in-basket management, medication and diagnostic ordering, interpretation of test, and responding to messages and phone calls. Other responsibilities also include patient examination and assessment, diagnosis, and planning; treatment implementation, coordination, and continuity; performance of specific procedures, development of practice protocols and evaluation of quality care, education of patients, patients, families, and other health care practitioners. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $100.48 - $130.31 (Hourly Rate). Preferred Qualifications
License/Certification UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires certain healthcare providers to be credentialed. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 60-90 days but can vary.
