Senior Planner - Justice Facilities
CGL is a leading provider of planning, design, and program management solutions for justice and public facilities across the U.S. and internationally.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Planner to lead small to mid-sized planning and architectural projects. This role reports to a VP or SVP and involves independent project management, client engagement, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple high-priority projects independently
• Lead planning efforts with strong analytical and technical skills
• Supervise project teams and apply internal project management protocols
• Support business development and proposal efforts
• Present at client meetings and industry events
• Apply BIM standards and architectural best practices
• Interpret criminal justice data and government policies

Qualifications:

• Master's degree + 12 years OR Bachelor's degree + 14 years in planning, criminal justice, or public administration
• Planning or industry certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite a plus
