KPMG is currently seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Tech Leader to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership, resolve design issues, mentorship, and guidance to the HRSD & HR Onboard development teams across multiple time zones; work closely with testing, quality assurance (QA) teams, and vendors to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, and supported post-implementation
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical designs and work with Service Solution Architect on design approval; lead the development team in building and implementing solutions that meet approved designs and requirement
  • Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, looking for ways to leverage artificial intelligence (AI); translate design documentation into actionable technical tasks for the development team
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and maintainability standards; provide constructive feedback to developers and guide them toward improved coding practices; maintain consistency of development patterns across all projects and teams
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges during delivery; ensure all development work adheres to coding standards, naming conventions, and platform best practices
  • Keep updated with ServiceNow functionalities, recommend new features, and advocate for best practices, recommending out-of-the-box solutions as standard practice; lead teams through platform upgrades and maintain development standards consistency
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with extensive experience as a ServiceNow developer and/or technical leader with hands-on development, configuration, and advanced capabilities (Workflows, Flow Designer, App Engine, and more)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; certifications in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), HRSD Implementer are preferred
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and features; Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record for technology delivery/execution; knowledge of Scaled Agile framework, product management, strategic solution delivery models and continuous improvement practices
