Job Summary We are seeking aTechnical Support Specialist Icontractor for an on-site role in Farmington, Connecticut. This position provides front-line technical support for end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. The contractor will collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery, contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles, and support ongoing IT initiatives. This is a part-time, onsite contract role, scheduled for 20-30 hours per week over a 6-12 month period. The selected contractor will be employed and paid through a third-party vendor. While this is a temporary position, there may be potential for full-time conversion based on performance and evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities

The hourly pay rate is $22-26/hour. Pay rate is based on qualifications and relevant experience.
